Floor preparation Here are the basic requirements for installing this two post lift:

What is the capacity? This lift boasts the capacity of 5 tons. It might be used for passenger cars and lighter commercial vans. It is based on a crossbeam connecting two posts.
Choose the automatic variant You can easily lift and drop the car using the buttons on the control panel. There is no need to release the safety lock manually. Both columns have electromagnets that automatically deactivate the locks, after pushing the button.
Easy arm setting You can use it for passenger cars, as well as commercial vans (like Mercedes Sprinter). The arm setting scope is: 786-1798 mm.
Operation comfort The asymmetric arms mean perfect balance for any car. There are 3 degrees for setting them in the car’s lifting point.
Application This lift provides easy access to any element of the car’s underbody - from the exhaust system, as well as suspension or other parts.
Durable chain There is no need to replace the chain, even after years of use. From time to time, you will have to give them a closer look, to make sure they are fine.
Stress-free work The lift’s posts have additional rubber protectors - they protect the car’s doors against damage.

Delivery & warranty
- Shared container
- Your order travels in the weekly consolidated shipment from Poland. Orders in the same container split the freight instead of each paying for a separate parcel. The full cycle is on the delivery and returns page.
- Damaged or wrong item
- Contact us within 48 hours of pickup with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We settle it with the supplier or the freight forwarder by hand. See delivery and returns for the procedure.
- Warranty

Why do I pay 100% upfront?
We do not hold the equipment in stock in Keflavík. We order it from REDATS or FCAR once your order is paid, and it joins the next container from Poland. Payment is in Icelandic króna through Straumur. There are no deposits or instalments on equipment. Until the purchase order goes to the supplier, you can cancel by contacting us and get a full refund to your card.
Will anything be added to the price — duty, VAT?
The price we give you — on the listing or in a quote — is final and already includes duty and VAT. It does not change between the cart and checkout, and nothing is added after you buy.
How long will my order take?
21 calendar days from the payment clearing. That is the deadline we commit to on the order and the one in your confirmation. Dates depend on that week’s sailing and customs clearance, so treat them as a planned deadline, not a guaranteed hour.
Where do I collect the equipment?
At Njarðarbraut 3L in Keflavík — the workshop and the showroom share that address. Delivery to an address can be arranged; ask with your order or write to office@nextcar.is and we will confirm which applies to yours.
I am not sure which model to pick — can you help?
Yes, and it is the point of how we work: the same equipment is running in our own bays. Write to office@nextcar.is or call, tell us what cars you work on and how much space you have, and you get an answer from use, not from a spec sheet.
Can I see the machine before buying?
That is what the showroom in Keflavík is for. Come and watch the machine run, and talk to whoever used it last. A large prepayment to a supplier you do not know is a real risk — we would rather you saw the machine than guessed.
How does the warranty work?
The manufacturer’s warranty (REDATS or FCAR) and our own statutory seller’s liability are tracked separately — we do not merge them into one blanket "guaranteed". The details are in the terms.
