How the choice is enforced
No script outside the “Necessary” category loads before you give consent. A visible toggle on its own doesn’t satisfy that if the script has already started running in the background: the gate has to sit in the code, before the script tag ever renders.
Managing your choice
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies, allow necessary cookies only, or manage preferences by category.
